Concheck Named Sysco Student-Athlete of the Week

    Senior Kara Concheck had her best scoring game of her collegiate career in her last game ever in Bulldog Stadium as she led Fresno State to a 16-12 conference victory over St. Mary's last Thursday with a personal-best six points off four goals and two assists. Her six points ties for second in the Bulldogs single-game records. Matching her career-high four goals, Concheck found the back of the net on all four of her shots against the Gaels. She was also 1-for-1 on her free position shots. Leading the 'Dogs to their first conference win of the season, Concheck also dished out two assists in the first half and recorded one groundball. The Columbus, Ohio native leads the Bulldogs with 21 goals this season. Concheck recently etched her way into the record books as Fresno State's all-time leading scorer with 67 goals and 75 points. Concheck is set to graduate with her degree in adventure recreation this spring.
