FRESNO, Calif. - A little over two years ago, Fresno State Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig was looking for a way to increase the venues the Fresno State Athletics department had to tell its stories to the public. One of those venues became the start of Bulldog Insider with KSEE 24.

Each week the show highlights the success of the entire Fresno State Athletics department with various student-athletes, coaches and administrators as live guests along with feature stories from the KSEE 24 sports staff.

On Sunday, August 30, Bulldog Insider will celebrate the success of the show with its "Bulldog Insider Turns 2" birthday broadcast at Me-N-Ed's Victory Grill. The show begins at 8 p.m. and fans are encouraged to come and watch the show in person at Victory Grill.

"We are thrilled to partner with KSEE 24 and Bulldog Insider to help us promote the stories within the entire Fresno State Athletics department," Ladwig said. "We are excited to celebrate the second anniversary of the show and we are looking forward to a new season of the show at Me-N-Ed's Victory Grill."

Expected to join host Anthony Flores for Sunday's live birthday show is football coach Pat Hill, men's basketball coach Steve Cleveland, women's basketball coach Adrian Wiggins and softball coach Margie Wright. The Bulldog band and cheerleaders will also be at the restaurant performing.

"Our anniversary show will celebrate two years of team work between Fresno State and KSEE 24 as well as two years of allowing our viewers the opportunity to get to know the coaches and student-athletes beyond their respective sports," Flores said. "This show gives us an excuse to have a party and who doesn't love a party?"

For the entire football season the show will air at Victory Grill. Bulldog Insider's Sept. 6 show will air live at 6:30 and starting Sept. 13 the show will begin at 8:30 p.m. after the Sunday night NFL game on NBC.

"We Are Your Team" - The `Dogs will be starting their 2009 Football season off right with Football Fiesta Night on Saturday, September 5th at 7pm when the UC Davis Aggies come to town. Football Fiesta Family Pack tickets are available now - the package includes four game tickets, a gift coupon to the Bulldog Shop, and a $4 drink and hotdog special.
