Boutillier Named Sysco Student-Athlete of the Week

An impressive milestone for the Fresno State men's tennis team was reached on Friday after senior Remi Boutillier defeated Virginia's Jarmere Jenkins in the Round of 16.

On Thursday, Boutillier became the first Bulldog to advance to the Round of 16 at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. since 2008.

Boutillier went on to play Wil Spencer of Georgia in the Quarterfinals and went neck-and-neck with the tournament's No.5 seeded player. Eventually Spencer made the final call in the third set to make the match score, 6-1, 2-6, 6-4.
