Football to host 15th spring practice on April 14 in front of Red Wave

FRESNO, Calif. – On April 14 at 10:30 a.m. the Fresno State football team will host its Spring Preview at Bulldog Stadium. The event is FREE to the public.

The Spring Preview is an opportunity for the Red Wave to get an insider's look at a Fresno State football practice as it is, in principle, the Bulldogs' 15th and final practice of the spring and will look much like the previous 14. On Saturday, the team will hold its third scrimmage of the spring, but it will start with the same warm-ups and individual drills the team works through during a typical practice before the scrimmage gets underway.

Fanfare for the Red Wave includes, but is not limited to:
• Meet the team on the field after practice (approximately 12:50 p.m.)
• Concessions open (breakfast burritos, Kona Ice, beer, and other standard items)
• Select fans will be invited onto the field during the scrimmage to participate in one of three drills (those interested must sign up for the opportunity on the day of the Spring Preview at the Fresno State Athletics Tickets table, which will be located at the top of the ramp in the south end zone of Bulldog Stadium):
- catch punts from the jugs machine like the players do
- quarterback accuracy challenge
- field goal kicks

• The voice of the Bulldogs, Paul Loeffler, will serve as the emcee to keep the Red Wave up-to-speed with Coach Tedford's practice plan and help identify players' with brief play-by-play reactions
• ESPN 940 AM, the Bulldogs' flagship station, will be live at Bulldog Stadium from 9:30-11 a.m.

Select-A-Seat
Bulldog Fans will be able to "Select-A-Seat" for the 2018 Football Season at the Spring Preview by visiting the Fresno State Athletics Tickets table located in the south end zone of Bulldog Stadium. Season tickets start at only $99, and payment plans are available.

The event will have free admission and parking. Parking will be first-come, first-serve in the blue lot while overflow parking will be directed to the red lot.
