Luke Woydziak Finishes Fourth at the Fresno State Weight Pentathlon

    Senior Luke Woydziak threw the best mark in the hammer in today's competition

    Fresno, Calif. - Luke Woydziak of Fresno State placed fourth at the Fresno State Weight Pentathlon today in the Dogs first appearance of the season. Woydziak earned 2,392 points in the meet posting a personal best in the javelin with a mark of 98-3.

    Junior Shylo Eaton finished in ninth place with 1,193 points competing in four out of the five events. And returning WAC champion in the decathlon, CJ Nakayama, competed only in the javelin throwing a mark of 159-6.

    Sean McKeown competed unattached and was this years winner of the meet scoring 2,755 points.

    The track and field teams will next participate at the Reno Indoor Invitational in Reno, Nev., Saturday, Jan. 23.
