2012 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets and three events ... set personal record in the 800m (1:55.80) at the Western Athletic Conference Championships ... ran the second fastest 1500m time on the team (3:58.80) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 6 ... also ran in the 4x400m relay team that won the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
2011 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in 6 invitationals in his freshman year ... Ran in the Santa Clara Invitational, posting his fastest time of the season in the 8K with a time of 25:5.
High School: Four year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at John F. Kennedy High School in Sacramento, Calif. ...First Team All-League in cross country 2008-2010...Cross Country State Champion in 2008 and 2010...Metro Champ record in the three miles with a time of 15:00...track and field Metro Champ in the 1600, 800, 4x400 in 2011...captain of both his cross country and track and field teams.
