Bulldog runners had six top 20 finishes collectively at the Distance Carnival.

Fresno State:
2012 Track (Sophomore): Set four personal records in the outdoor season ... earned personal best in the 10,000-meter race at the WAC Championships finishing at 38:41:56 ... set personal records in the 3,000-meter race (10:24:58), 5,000-meter race (17:50:15) and the 3,000-meter steeple race (11:25:93).
2011 Track (Freshman): Competed in four outdoor meets for the Bulldogs.
2011 Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in seven meets of the season ... Finishing her 5K in 18:23 at the Bronco Invitational. Competed in the WAC Championships finishing with a time of 19:49.7 ... Also ran in the NCAA West Regional meet for the Bulldogs finishing her season with a time of 23:01.
Prior to Fresno State: Participated at the varsity level for cross-country and track all four years of high school... competed at the Valley and State meets all four years...ran on a 4x800 relay team at the Nike Outdoor Nationals...was named to the All-Three Rivers Athletic Conference team all four years.
Personal: Born Sept. 14, 1991...parents are Maria and Timoteo Mendoza...has one younger brother Cesar and one older sister Maria...most admires her mom because she has helped motivate her through her running career...chose Fresno State because of the environment, teammates, and head coach Sean McManus because he has the same determination she does.
