Fresno State: (2002) Led the indoor squad with a weight throw of 57-2 3/4 … also recorded an indoor best of 44-6 in the shot put …finished second on the team in the outdoor hammer and shot put with personal-bests of 183-3 and 45-00 … awarded the coaches award … Kiwanis Torch of Excellence … (2001) Finished as the team's top hammer thrower with a throw of 175-1 … was second on the team in the shot put (43-10) … (2000) Team leader in the throwing events … posted a team and personal-best in both the shot put and 20 lb. Weight with distances of 38-6 1/4 and 50 1 1/4 respectively … (1999) Along with three others, was named the team's Outstanding Freshman Performer at the team banquet … was second on the team in the shot put (35-5) and in the hammer (167-4) and third in javelin (117-2).

Chase Secondary: Senior Female Athlete of the Year her senior year … also named Female Athlete of the Year for her track and field club, in Kamloops, British Colombia … was a member of the 1998 and 1999 Canadian Junior Nationals team and the 1999 Canadian Pan Am team.
