Walnut, Calif. - The Fresno State track and field team was tested against the nation's best on Friday at the 55th Annual Mt. SAC Relays and left setting multiple new all-time best marks in Fresno State history.

After setting the No. 2-ranked hammer throw in Fresno State history earlier this season, junior Meagan McKee upped her mark with a new personal record of 196'-07" (59.91m) on Friday, although it came up shy of record-holder Sharon Ayala (66.52m, 2009). McKee's throw is the 23rd-ranked distance in the NCAA and No. 1 in the MW.

Freshman Stella Kubasch set a new career record in the 800m with a time of 2:10.05, besting her previous PR by nearly two seconds (2:11.58). The time set by Kubasch is also a season-best for Fresno State in the 800 and the No. 5-ranked 800 in the Fresno State all-time record books.

Annemarie Schwanz, who set a new PR in the 1500m on Thursday, set another record Friday with a 2:11.21 in the 800m. Her time ranks No. 10 all-time, joining Kubasch on the all-time 800 list.

After setting a new record at the UNLV Randall Cunningham Invitational last week, Kyra Johnson trimmed her time down in the 400m hurdles again, clocking in at 1:00.44 on Friday to set a new PR. Her time ranks as the fourth-best time run by a Bulldog in school history and is the second-best time run in the Mountain West this season.

Breeauna Thompson followed up her record setting 53.94 second time from last week in the 400 with a 54.94 second time at the Mt. SAC Relays.

The women's 4x400 relay team of the Johnson sisters, Thompson and Je'Nia Sears shattered its season-best time of 3:46.34 with a 3:43.55 at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.

Devante O'Connor improved his freshman best time of 22.13 seconds by clocking a 21.86 on Friday.

The men's 4x100 relay team of Devin Harrison, O'Connor, Cameron Parker and Chris Brusenback timed in at 40.96 seconds, just .06 seconds from their season-best mark and it placed third out of 17 other team entries.

McKee and Sears will wrap up the Mt. SAC Relays for the Bulldogs on Saturday as they get set to compete in the Elite Invite heats in thier respective events.

Sears qualified for the Invite Elite Long Jump with her 6.24m jump at the UC Irvine Spring Break Invitational on March 23. Her mark currently sits in a tie for the 14th-best jump in the NCAA this season and is the all-time best jump recorded in Bulldog history. McKee was accepted to the Invite Elite Shot Put after recording a 16.18m throw at last season's Sacramento State MONDO Mid-Major Challenge on April 14, 2012. Her throw ranks No. 2 on the all-time school records list.
