    FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State's Remington Blair was named the Verizon Western Athletic Conference men's outdoor track and field Athlete of the Week, respectively, for the week of April 4-10.

    Blair, a junior from Reedley, Calif. (Modesto JC), won the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.16 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge in Sacramento, Calif., last week. The time leads the WAC and ranks tied for 41st in the nation. He was also a member of the winning 4x400-meter relay that posted the second best time in the WAC this season at 3:14.86.

    "We Are Your Team!" - The Fresno State track and field team travels to Walnut, Calif. for the Mt. SAC Relays April 14-16. The Dogs return to the Central Valley April 30 for the Bulldog Invitational hosted at Buchanan High School.
