2011 Cross Country (Senior): One of the top men's competitors in the distance events for the `Dogs ... Earned second team All- Conference honors, with a 13th place finish at the WAC Championships ... Marked his 8K season best of 24:53 at the Santa Clara Invitational.
2010 Cross Country (Junior): Top men's finisher at the Twilight Meet in Reno, Nevada ... led the men's team at the Asics Invitational ... earned his second Academic All-WAC Award.
2009 Cross Country (Sophomore): A solid sophomore campaign racing in four of the season's five meets ... marked an 8K season-best of 25:30 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, just three seconds off his career-best set at the same meet in 2008 ... named an Emerging Scholar by the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
2009 Track (Freshman): Ran the middle distances in his first track season for the Bulldogs ... was the team's second-best 1,500-meter runner behind two-time WAC Champion Frank Sanders ... in the 1,500, timed a personal-best of 3:53.50 and took seventh at the WAC Championships ... also ran the 800, clocking a career-best 1:56.89.
2008 Cross Country (Freshman): Solid freshman campaign, earning second team All-WAC honors with a 12th place finish at the WAC Championships ... marked a personal-best 8K of 26:28.40 at the WAC Championships ... was among the team's Top 3 finishers in six of the team's seven meets ... took 117th at the NCAA West Regional, finishing the 10K in 32:32.12 ... 2008 Academic All-WAC.
