Cross Country (Sophomore):
Participated in five races this season... finished first or second for the Bulldogs in all five races... ran his fastest 8K time at the Stanford Invitational, 24:34 to place 37th overall... competed at the Mountain West Championship where he was the first Bulldog to finish, placing 31st running 24:41.
Participated in five meets including the Mountain West Championship ... competed in three events ... recorded a college best 4:10.25 in the 1500M at the Cal Poly/Shareslo.com Invitational, a 9:03.73 in the 3000M at the Fresno State v. Cal Poly Dual, and a 15:10.52 in the 5000M at the 2014 UC Irvine Spring Break ... took third place in the 5000M with a time of 15:14.51 at the Sacramento State Mondo Mid Major Challenge.
Participated in five meets including the Mountain West Championship and the NCAA West Regional Championship ... competed in two events ... clocked a time of 25:08.0 in the 8K at the Santa Clara Bronco XC Invitational ... timed in at 32:27.6 in the 10K at the NCAA West Regional Championship.
Four-year cross country letterwinner for coach Ivan Huff at Paso Robles High School ... also a three-year letterwinner in track ... Was the track MVP in 2013 and the cross country team captain in 2012 ... Was the PAC-7 League champion for track in the 3200 meter.
Born in Fresno, Calif., ... parents are Darla and Randy Kwiatkowski ... has one brother, Andrew, and two sisters, Rachael and Elizabeth ... enjoys hiking, snowboarding and hanging out at the beach ... biggest athletic thrill was breaking 10-minutes in the 2-mile for the first time ... chose Fresno State because of the coaching staff and the team.
