Fresno State: (2009 Cross Country) Had a strong first cross country season for the Bulldogs...recorded his best 8K time at the Bronco Invite where he placed 2nd with a time of 24:33...was a tough competitor at the WAC Championships, placing 10th with a time of 26:45.8. (2009 Track) Dominated the distance events in his first season as a Bulldog ... ran the conference's top time in both the 5,000- and 10,000-meter races ... clocked a career-best 14:37.39 in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invitational ... marked a 29:54.94 in the 10,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... finished second in both events at the WAC Championships.

Prior to Fresno State: Competed in the Netherlands as a distance runner ... took second in the high school national indoors second place twice in the 3,000-meter ... also at the national high school outdoor competition, placed fourth in the 5,000 twice and fourth in the 1,500 ... timed a best of 8:45.79 in the 3,000 and 15:30.39 in the 5,000.
