2011 Cross Country (Senior): Earned seventh place in the Hornet Jamboree in Sacramento, California, with a time of 19:39 in the 4 mile race ... Also competed in the Stanford Invitational and Bronco Invitational, leading the Bulldogs in both meets in the 8K race finishing with a time of 24:46 and his season best of 24:38.
2010 Track (Sophomore): Top competitor in the distance events for the Dogs...was the 5K WAC Champion...clocked a career-best 5,000-meter race at the WAC Championships in a time of 14:26.15...ran a season-best 10,000-meter race at the Mt. SAC Relays of 29:54.94...earned Academic All-WAC honors.
2009 Cross Country (Sophomore): A Second-Team All-WAC honoree in his first cross country season with the Bulldogs ... posted a season-best time and placing at the 8K Bronco Invitational, finishing in second with a time of 24:33 ... a top competitor at the WAC Championships placing 10th, crossing at 26:45.8.
2009 Track (Freshman): Dominated the distance events in his first season as a Bulldog ... ran the conference's top time in both the 5,000- and 10,000-meter races ... clocked a career-best 14:37.39 in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invitational ... marked a 29:54.94 in the 10,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... finished second in both events at the WAC Championships.
