The Fresno State baseball team had five of its players and three recruits selected during the three-day 2013 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft.
Junior pitcher Tyler Stirewalt and senior catcher/first baseman Trent Garrison were drafted Saturday in the Major League Baseball amateur draft.
Fresno State gutted out a 6-4 victory over Air Force to improve to 17-4 in elimination games since 2008.
The Fresno State baseball team recorded its second doubleheader sweep of Air Force with two more wins on Saturday at Beiden Field.
Freshman Jordan Brink went 2-for-3 and scored the go-ahead run in the win.
