The Fresno State baseball team had five of its players and three recruits selected during the three-day 2013 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft.
A total of three Bulldogs have been chosen during the first ten rounds of the 2013 Major League Baseball Draft with Tyler Linehan and Austin Wynns hearing their names called Friday.
Fresno State gutted out a 6-4 victory over Air Force to improve to 17-4 in elimination games since 2008.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): A first-team All-Western Athletic Conference selection... Academic All-WAC ... played in 56 games, earning 54 starts ... finished with a .326 batting average ... scored 41 runs on 57 hits, including nine doubles and two home runs ... knocked in 21 RBI in 175 at-bats ... earned a career-high four runs against Hawai'i (May 28) after tying career-highs in hits (3), doubles (1), total bases (4) and at bats (5).
