After a narrow 1-0 loss in the series finale Sunday afternoon against SDSU, Fresno State will attempt to bounce back Tuesday with a nonconference contest against the University of Pacific. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. at Beiden Field.
The Bulldogs will send junior right-hander William Munro (2-0, 2.28 ERA) to the mound to start against the Tiger's LHP John Haberman (3-1, 4.41 ERA).
Fresno State enters the game with an overall record of 16-12 and a 6-6 mark in Mountain West play after winning one of three in San Diego over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Pacific alike dropped two of three last weekend. The Tigers fell to Santa Clara in West Coast conference action. UOP owns a 12-17 overall record.
