    FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State baseball game against Nevada scheduled for Sunday, April 17 at 1:05 p.m. will not be played.

    Out of respect to University of Nevada president Milton Glick and his family, following his passing last night all Wolf Pack teams returned to the Reno campus.

    At this time, Fresno State's thoughts are with its WAC counterparts as they get through this tough time.

    "I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of President Glick, a friend and colleague for many years," said Fresno State President John D. Welty. "His commitment to higher education has been enormous, and he will be missed by all who knew him. The Bulldogs salute our fallen friend."

    More information on whether the game will be made will be released later.

    The Bulldogs improve to 5-2 in the WAC and 25-5 on the season. The Dogs hit the road next week for a midweek game at Cal Poly April 19 and then head to Sacramento for a four-game series against the Hornets April 21-23.

    "We Are Your Team!" The Bulldogs hit the road for a five games. The Dogs play a midweek against Cal Poly on April 19 and then head to Sacramento for a WAC series against the Hornets April 21-23.
