The Diamond 'Dogs will host Cal State Fullerton tonight at 6:35 p.m. on the back end of back-to-back games at Beiden Field this week. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.
The Bulldogs' tentative starter is RHP William Munro (2-1, 3.52 ERA) while RHP Phil Bickford (3-2, 3.28 ERA) is expected to throw for Fullerton.
Fresno State defeated California 7-4 last night, improving its record to 20-21 heading into its matchup against the Titans. The Bulldogs last faced Fullerton on March 11, 2010 at the San Diego State Aztec Invitational, Fresno State won that game 5-0. Fullerton's last win against the 'Dogs came at the NCAA San Diego Regional in 2007, which ended the Bulldogs' run that season.
Fresno State will close out its five-game homestand with a Friday-Sunday series against Air Force following tonight's game. All veterans and active military will receive free admission throughout the three-game series vs. Air Force as part of the Fresno State Salute to Services weekend.
