Freshman Greg Smith has earned three double-doubles in his first four games as a Bulldog.
Sophomore Paul George played all 40 minutes in tonight's game, his full regulation game in 38 career contests.
For the first time this season, Fresno State used just seven players. Sophomore point guard Steven Shepp competed in a career-high 31 minutes.
The Bulldogs outshot the Aztecs, 47.1% to 38.2% from the field during the game. Fresno State has recorded a better field goal percentage in all four of their games this season.
Smith continues his efficient approach from the field by converting eight of his 11 attempts on the night. For the season, Smith owns a 27 for 33 clip on field goal attempts.
