George earned his first starting spot in the upcoming All-Star game as part of the frontcourt for the Eastern Conference.

'Dogs Grab First Conference Win
After a dominant defensive performance in the first half, the Fresno State men's basketball team held on late to secure their first Mountain West Conference win of the year, knocking off Air Force 71-65 on Wednesday night at the Save Mart Center.
Against the Air Force Falcons
Fresno State holds an 11-5 advantage in the all-time series with the Falcons and the Bulldogs have won two of the past three meetings. After a 12-year hiatus in the series, Fresno State and Air Force split the season series last year with both squads defending their homecourt.
Johnson Continues Ascent as Key Scorer
Bulldogs' senior guard Tyler Johnson has steadily improved during his four-year Fresno State career - increasing his scoring average from 4.4 (freshman) to 9.3 (sophomore) to 12.1 (junior) and now 15.7 as a senior.
