After an exciting 88-82 conference victory over second-place Boise State on Monday night and a tough road loss to the other WAC Bulldogs, Fresno State will battle the New Mexico State Aggies on Valentine's Day in Las Cruces, N.M. to finish a grueling slate of three contests in six days. The `Dogs are looking for a little love on unfamiliar hardwood as Fresno State continues the quest for an elusive WAC road victory.

About the Aggies
New Mexico State is 12-12 on the season and 6-5 in WAC action. The Aggies are led by Jahmar Young, who averages 18.1 points per game. New Mexio State was picked to finish third in the WAC by both the coaches and media in preseason polling.
Against the Aggies
Fresno State trails the overall series with New Mexico State, 19-11. The Aggies beat the Bulldogs, 79-66, in the first meeting between the schools this season (1/3/09).
About the Warriors
Hawai'i currently sits at 12-11 on the year and 4-7 in WAC play. The Warriors are led by Roderick Flemings with 17.3 ppg and 5.8 rpg. Hawai'i was picked to finish seventh in the WAC by the coaches and eigth by the media in preseason polling.
Against the Warriors
Fresno State leads the overall series with Hawai'i, 16-15 in non-vacated contests. Hawai'i won the first meeting this year, 69-43. The `Dogs have won five of the past six games with Hawai'i played in Fresno, Calif., including a 70-65 victory last season.
Fresno State to Play UC Davis in ESPNU BracketBusters
The Bulldogs will play on the road at UC Davis on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009 at 7 p.m. This is Fresno State's first matchup with the Aggies since 1984 as the `Dogs have won the past ten contests. The ESPNU BracketBusters concept, named because of the success of teams from these conferences in NCAA Tournament play through the years, provides programs an opportunity to play top non-conference opponents about three weeks before Selection Sunday.
National Exposure for the Bulldogs
Fresno State will play at least twice before national television audiences on ESPN and ESPN2. The Bulldogs' first appearance came on Nov. 17 in their road opener against Saint Mary's College at 11 p.m. as part of the ESPN College Hoops Tip Off, featuring a 24-hour marathon of college basketball programming. ESPN2 will showcase a WAC battle with Hawai'i on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. in the Save Mart Center.
Bulldog Sports Network Broadcasts Seven WAC Games
Bulldog Sports Properties and Fresno State Athletics will broadcast a seven-game men's basketball schedule for the 2008-09 season on the Bulldog Sports Network. New this year, KAIL-TV Digital 7.1 (MY 53) will serve as the flagship station of Fresno State sports and air all of the Fresno State games in their entirety. Fresno State broadcasts can also be seen on MD Digital 7.1 on HDTV.

"Join the State - Fresno State!" - The `Dogs continue on the road as they travel to New Mexico State for a Valentine's Day contest this Saturday, February 14 at 6:00 p.m. The game will be broadcasted on the Bulldog Sports Network and can be seen on KAIL-TV (MY 53) and My Digital 7.1 on HDTV. The `Dogs return to the Save Mart Center on Thursday, February 19 as they host Hawai'i at 8:00 pm on ESPN2.
