FRESNO, Calif. - The Bulldogs will wrap-up the regular season on Saturday night against rival Nevada. Since it's the final home of game of the season, Fresno State will honor the 2007-08 seniors. In addition, at halftime of the game Fresno State will honor the 1998 NCAA Championship softball team. All upper bowl seats are $5 off.

Bulldog fans could see a school record broken as senior Kevin Bell needs nine assists to break the Bulldog career record of 598 held by Dominick Young. Bell has 590 heading into the game

"We are very proud of this senior class," said head coach Steve Cleveland. "We are pleased that they are on track to earn a degree. They have been great representatives of our program and are a big part of the building blocks for the future. We are thankful for what they've given to our campus community."

Senior Night
Fresno State will close-out the 2008 season at home on March 8 against rival Nevada. It will be the final appearance at the Save Mart Center of six seniors. The Bulldog seniors to be honored include: Kevin Bell,Alex Blair, Hector Hernandez, Eddie Miller, Tyson Parker and Shawn Taylor.

March Madness Special
Fresno State is having a March Madness ticket special for the game, all upper bowl season will be $5 off the regular price.

Bell Ringer
Senior point guard Kevin Bell is averaging 24.2 points per game in his last five game, setting his career scoring high twice in that time. Before Monday's monster 31-point game at Utah State, his previous career-high was 27 points in a win over Hawaii on Feb. 20. Bell has a dozen 20-point games this season and set a new career-high of 13 field goal against the Aggies.

Scouting Nevada
The Wolf Pack (19-10, 11-4) enter this week with a chance of gaining a share of the WAC title, something they've done of the last three years. They will need a little help to catch Boise State, which hosts Utah State on Thursday in the final WAC game for the Broncos. Marcellus Kemp had scored 38 straight games in double figures before that streak was ended last week. He's averaging 20.0 points per game, second-best in the WAC. At 75.7 points per game, Nevada ranks third in the league in scoring. JaVale McGee continues to lead the WAC in blocked shots. He has 81 on the season.

Against the Wolf Pack
Nevada owns a 41-34 lead in this series, which began in 1925. Nevada has won four straight in the series dating back to a 66-63 in at Nevada in 2005.

Bell's Big Game
Two of the leading contenders for WAC Player of the Year, Fresno State's Kevin Bell and Utah State's Jaycee Carroll put on an exciting show in Monday's game against Utah State. The battled started in the first half. Carroll scored 15 points in the first nine minutes of the game. He finished the first half with 17 points, making 4-of-5 threes. After trailing 29-10, Bell led a 27-8 run to pull the Dogs to within seven points, 37-30. He had 16 points on 7-of-10 from the floor and added a steal in the first half. Carroll finished with 33 and Bell with 31 on the night. His 31 points were a career-high.

"Join the State- Fresno State!"- The Fresno State Men's basketball team will host their last home game of the season on Senior Night, Saturday, March 8 against Nevada at 7p.m. At halftime, we will honor the 1998 NCAA Softball National Championship team. All upper bowl seats on March 8 are $5 off at the Save Mart Center box office.
