FRESNO, Calif. -
With three simple words, head coach Steve Cleveland and the Fresno State men's basketball team embarked on their mission to reestablish a storied Bulldog program as "Built to Last."
Five newcomers played significant minutes with four freshmen solidfying the base for the future of the storied program. By focusing on academic and athletic excellence, Cleveland has instilled a distinct focus into the new brand of Bulldog Basketball.
During the 2008-09 season, a young, but dynamic roster gained valuable experience and earned national recognition as the Bulldogs expect to compete for the 2010 Western Athletic Conference title and the program's fifth NCAA appearance.
