Seven TV Games Picked for Men's Basketball

FRESNO, Calif. --- In its first season playing as a member of the Mountain West, the Fresno State men's basketball team has had seven games selected for television broadcasts on either the CBS Sports Network, Time Warner Cable SportsNet, ESPN's Longhorn Network or the Pac-12 Networks.
Along with the announcement of the television schedule, the Fresno State men's basketball team's home game start times have been set with 10 of its 14 regular season home games will tip off at 7 p.m. PT, including the home opener on Nov. 16 against Pacific.
Two of the other four games are scheduled for 1 p.m. starts because they fall on Sundays when the Bulldogs host Long Beach State (Nov. 25) and Sonoma State (Dec. 30).

"It's a great time to be a part of the Mountain West Conference, and we are well aware of the tradition and success that we are now a part of," Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry said. "The Mountain West produces multiple NCAA bids, high draft picks and some of the toughest venues in college basketball."

Time Warner Cable SportsNet is the new southern California-based network that will be the primary regional home for the Bulldogs, San Diego State Aztecs, UNLV Rebels and Los Angeles Lakers this season.
The network will launch on Oct. 1 and specific channel information will be released at a later date.
"The addition of San Diego State, UNLV and Fresno State basketball games to our telecast schedule makes Time Warner Cable SportsNet the media destination for sports fans in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas and Fresno," said Mark Shuken, Senior Vice President and General Manager, TWC Sports Regional Networks. "Our network will give fans access to the teams they care about, from high school to college to the professional level."
The TWCSN broadcast territory includes all regions that previously broadcast Lakers, Galaxy and Sparks games. That area stretches from Fresno County to the north to San Diego County and Imperial County to the south. It also includes Hawaii and Clark County, NV. The full list of California counties that can receive Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes: Fresno, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Tulare and Ventura.

The Pac-12 Networks are available in Fresno on Comcast Ch. 433 (823 for HD) and Dish TV Ch. 413. No other provider in Fresno carries the Pac-12 Network.
All 29 of Fresno State's regular season games will also be broadcast on radio on KMJ 580 AM with Paul Loeffler returning for his fifth season as the Bulldogs' men's basketball play-by-play announcer.
ESPN Deportes will broadcast all 14 regular season home games on 1600 AM in Spanish.
