FRESNO, Calif - With basketball season less than a month away, Fresno State fans will have an opportunity to purchase tickets for the upcoming men's and women's season. Season tickets, mini-plan packages and individual game tickets go on sale to the public on Thursday, October 16 at 9 a.m.

Fans have various options to purchase ticket plans for the upcoming season.

There are four mini-plan packages for men's and women's games. The first package is the Four-Game Holiday plan. The men's ticket price for the plan is $64 and it includes home games against UNLV, Oregon State and two nonconference games of your choice.

"It's a new era of Fresno State basketball," men's coach Steve Cleveland said. "Fans will enjoy watching young, passionate men playing a high energy game and a very competitive schedule."

The women's holiday plan is $20 and it includes games against TCU, West Virginia and two nonconference games of your choice. All seating for the holiday pack is in the lower bowl.

"We have a great schedule that will allow our fans to see some of the top teams in the country," women's coach Adrian Wiggins said. "Our fans always give our team a great boost when we step out onto the floor of the Save Mart Center."

Red Wave can also purchase the WAC Pack. This includes any four conference games plus a bonus game with Houston Baptist for the men and Long Beach State for the women. Seats for all five games are in the lower bowl and prices are the same as the Four-Game Holiday Pack.

Graduates of Fresno State from 2004-08 can purchase the Eight Game Alumni Pack. Bulldog alumni can pick any eight games of their choice for $40 for women's games and $128 for men's games.

Family plan tickets are also available for four-game plans. Family plans include two adult tickets and two youth tickets. Prices are $144 for men's games and $64 for women's games.

Individual game tickets for men's games are only sold in the upper bowl. Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for youth.

For women's games, reserved tickets are $7 and adult general admission tickets are $5 while youth and senior citizen general admission tickets are $3.

Fans can purchase season tickets and mini plans, by calling 559-278-3647 or logging on to gobulldogs.com. Single game tickets can be purchased by visiting the Save Mart Center Box Office or by logging on to ticketmaster.com. The Save Mart Center Box Office opens at 9:30am on Thursday.

The men and women begin play November 5 when they play host to Fresno Pacific in an exhibition game. The women tip off at 6 p.m. while the men will play at 8 p.m.

All Fresno State students get in free to all basketball games.
