FRESNO, Calif. --- The first chance to see the 2013-14 Fresno State men's basketball team in action will be Friday night at 7 p.m. when the Bulldogs host Cal State Stanislaus in an exhibition game at the Save Mart Center.

This is the first of two exhibition contests for the Bulldogs, who also host Dominican University on Monday at 7 p.m. For each exhibition game, tickets start at $7 for adults and $5 for youth. Fans can also watch both exhibition games online for free on the Mountain West Network.

Before Friday night's contest, fans are encouraged to stop by the iconic 27-foot-long Weinermobile vehicle outside the northwest entrance to the Save Mart Center. Fans can take pictures of the hot dog vehicle with stickers and postcards given away. The vehicle is one of six of its kind making a nationwide tour and it is visiting multiple events in Fresno during the week.

Paul George Buys All Unsold Tickets for Nov. 16 Regular Season Home Opener
Former Fresno State star Paul George, who has established him as one of the NBA's best players while playing for the Indiana Pacers, wanted to give the Red Wave and his former team a chance to experience an electric sold-out atmosphere for the Bulldogs' regular season home opener on Nov. 16 vs. Northridge.

"Fresno State at the Save Mart Center is one of the best facilities in college basketball," George said. " In my time, we never sold it out so I want those kids to have that experience to get a sold-out crowd and play in front of a full arena. I thought that was the best way to do it."

The donation by George and the work of the Bulldogs' flagship radio station 940 AM ESPN Radio have helped produce a true Fan Appreciation Night for the home opener - which will also include 94-cent hot dogs, popcorn and soda.
