2015 (Junior): Played and started in all 12 games on the season … recorded 47 tackles on the year and 5.5 tackles for a loss, which ranked as the third-most on the team and the most from any defensive back … his eight pass breakups led the team and ranked No. 5 in the Mountain West … forced, recovered and returned a fumble 24 yards at Air Force on Oct. 24, batting away an option pitch and scooping it up for the return … it was the first forced and recovered fumble of his career … had the first double-digit tackle game of his career in week 2 when he recorded 10 stops at No. 14 Ole Miss … recorded two pass breakups in three different games – vs. Abilene Christian, at No. 14 Ole Miss and at Hawai`i.
2014 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games and made four starts at cornerback on the season ... posted 25 tackles and one tackle for a loss ... had a season-high six tackles in a start at Boise State, Oct. 17, his last start of the season ... broke up two passes on the year and had one interception against San Diego State with under five minutes left in the game that set up a Bulldog touchdown to take a 24-13 lead and win the ball game.
2013 (Redshirt Freshman): Started four games and saw action in 11 contests ... began season on special teams and as a backup in the secondary before stepping in as the starting cornerback ... made season and career-best six tackles against San Diego State after being inserted into the game for 60-plus plays to fill in for the injured senior L.J. Jones ... started next four games before succumbing to injury at San Jose State ... registered 22 tackles, 17 solo stops, one tackle for loss and three pass breakups on the season ... in his first career start on Nov. 2 vs. Nevada, he posted three tackles and two pass breakups.
2012 (Freshman): Redshirted.
High School: First-team all-league and all-area selection as a senior ... helped lead East Valley High School to an 11-1 record and the Citrus Belt Conference Championship for the second-straight season ... posted 30 tackles as a senior with five interceptions, 114 yards on interception returns and 11 passes defended ... returned 15 punts for 268 yards (17.9 average) and nine kickoffs for 318 yards (35.3 average) ... as a junior he caught eight passes for 76 yards, returned 10 punts for an average of 12.7 yards and three kickoffs for a 22.3 average ... helped lead the Wildcats to a 8-3 record as a junior.
