Vince Guinta enters his first season as the football operations coordinator at Fresno State. His job duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the football program, recruiting, training table and assisting with team travel.

Guinta comes to Fresno State after working in private business in his hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to that, Guinta worked with the football program at Nebraska from 2004 to 2008, where he held the title of assistant director of football operations.

There, Guinta coordinated many aspects of the Huskers' recruiting efforts. He also assisted with team personnel management, in-house operations and was actively involved in Nebraska's Big Red Football School and coaching clinic.

Guinta came to Nebraska after working in the University of Utah football program. Guinta began with the Utes as a video coordinator in 1997 and 1998, before serving as a defensive administrative assistant for the 1999 to 2004. With the Utes, Guinta assisted the coaching staff with opponent scouting, football operations and recruiting.

A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Guinta graduated from Utah in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in political science.
