2013 (Junior): Played all 13 games ... made first career catch for three yards vs. Cal Poly ... also caught one kickoff vs. the Mustangs with no return yards.

Prior to Fresno State: Caught seven passes for 55 yards with two touchdowns in 2012 at Phoenix College ... primarily used as a blocking tight end in the run game that helped the team rush for 121.5 yards per game as a freshman in 2011.

High School: Played both football and basketball at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Fla. ... two-way player (offensive tackle and defensive end) for coach Tom Oliver in football.

Personal: Born in Kentucky ... son of Lisa Guthre and Kenneth (Skip) McClendon ... his father played seven seasons in the NFL at defensive end for the Bengals, Chargers, Colts and Vikings ... uncle, Anthony Bright, played in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers ... majoring in criminology-law enforcement.
