2012 (Sophomore): Started all 13 games at outside linebacker ... tallied a total of 36 tackles and 28 unassisted tackles ... posted 10 tackles for a loss and four sacks on the season ... added one forced fumble, one pass breakup and three quarterback hurries ... recorded a season-best six tackles with two stops behind the line of scrimmage and one sack against SMU in the Sheraton Hawai'i bowl ... had four tackles against Tulsa and San Diego State ... against Nevada he posted two tackles for a loss of 15 yards ... had a sack and a forced fumble in the Nevada game that the Bulldogs were able to recover in the end zone for a touchdown ... had three total sacks for a loss of 29 yards on the season ... recorded eight tackles for a loss of 41 yards in 2012.
2011 (Freshman): Appeared in every game as a true freshman, making two starts ... recorded 12 tackles (seven solo and five assisted) ... posted four tackles for a loss of 27 yards ... had 2.5 sacks for a loss of 18 yards ... recorded first career sack against California on Sept. 3 ... recorded a season-high two tackles four times on the year, the last being against San Diego State, a game in which he started ... his sack at SDSU was for a loss of nine yards ... also started the Sept. 24 game at Idaho and he finished that contest with two tackles and one tackle for a loss.
High School: Led Clovis West High School to the 2008 and 2010 Valley Championship ... as a senior, he was named the Valley Lineman of the Year, the Co-Defensive Player of the Year, selected first team All-Valley and played on the winning City All-Star team ... In 2010, he had 81 tackles and nine sacks to break the school record for most sacks in a career that was set by his brother ... in 2009, Lewis had recorded 52 tackles ad seven sacks .. as a sophomore, he had 68 tackles with 12 sacks and one forced fumble.
