    Darrick Yray is in his third season as the football operations assistant. His responsibilities include assisting with team travel, recruiting, academics and daily operations duties.

    He spent the 2009 and 2010 seasons serving as the offensive student assistant working under the Bulldogs' offensive coordinator and the 2008 season as the offensive and special teams student assistant. In those roles he helped prepare scouting reports, efficiency and tendency charts, film breakdown and assisted with academics.

    In 2010, Yray was a guest coach with the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders franchise, working with special teams and the defensive line.

    A native of Linden, Calif., Yray graduated from Fresno State in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in communications. He received his master's degree in kinesiology in 2013.

    Yray is engaged to be married to Minda McCullough.
