Pre-Game Notes
• Fresno State captains: 4, 8, 16, 32, 34
• Former Bulldogs Chris Pacheco (1984-85) and Kevin Sweeney (1983-86) served as honorary team captains at the game.
• Weber State won the toss and elected to receive. The Bulldogs chose to defend the north end zone.

1st Quarter
Derek Carr completed a 32-yard pass to senior Marcel Jensen on Fresno State's first offensive play of the game. It was Jensen's third career catch.
• Carr connected with Davante Adams on a 27-yard touchdown at 9:30. It was Adams' first career touchdown reception.
Robbie Rouse scored on a two-yard run at 4:09 for his 26th career rushing touchdown. That ties him for the ninth-most in school history.
Phillip Thomas recorded a three-yard tackle for a loss at 3:24. It was his sixth career tackle for a loss.
Derek Carr completed all nine of his passes for 170 yards and one touchdown in the quarter.
• The Bulldogs had 218 yards on 20 plays in the first quarter compared to Weber State's 67 yards on 12 plays.

2nd Quarter
• Rouse scored his second touchdown of the game from one-yard out at 14:03.
• Back-up quarterback Greg Watson caught a 32-yard pass inside the seven-minute mark for his first career reception.
Derek Carr completed his first 10 passes of the game for 202 yards and one touchdown. His first incompletion was on a pass to Davante Adams in the end zone around the 6:15 mark of the quarter.
L.J. Jones and Anthony Williams recorded the first sack of the game at 3:40.
• Freshman Quentin Breshears hit his first career field goal attempt, a 39-yarder at 2:30.
• Fresno State outgained Weber State 295-117 in the first half and led 24-3.

3rd Quarter
Tyeler Davison forced a fumble on his sack around the 10-minute mark. Weber State recovered, but the play went for a loss of 10 yards.
Patrick Su'a recorded a two-yard sack on a third-and-eight inside of two minutes left in the quarter when the Wildcats had the ball on the Fresno State 38-yard line.
Robbie Rouse's 39-yard run at 1:09 pushed him over 100-yards rushing in the game, giving him 13 career 100-yard rushing games. That ties for the third most by a Bulldog tailback in program history.
• After going for 295 yards of total offense in the first half, the 'Dogs only had 70 yards of offense and no points in the third quarter.

4th Quarter
Andrew Shapiro recorded a 56-yard punt at 10:11, and with a good special teams tackle from Charles Washington, the Wildcats got no return on the play. The punt ties for the longest of Shapiro's career.
Sean Alston recorded his first career interception at 8:34. It was the first turnover of the game and it came in his first career start.
Derek Carr hit Davante Adams on a 38-yard touchdown pass on the first play after Alston's interception. It was his seventh catch of the game and pushed him over 100-yards receiving in the game.
Marteze Waller recorded his first career rush, picking up two yards on the play.
• Senior running back Milton Knox scored his first touchdown as a Bulldog, a four-yard TD at 3:35.
