Redshirt freshman Todd Hunt made his first career start at defensive end.
Robbie Rouse had a six-yard rush on Fresno State's first offensive play of the game. He went over 1,000-yards rushing for the season on the play and becomes the first Bulldog to ever rush for over 1,000 yards in three separate seasons.
Derek Carr hit Rashad Evans on an eight-yard touchdown pass at 9:31. It was Evans' 12th career touchdown catch.
Todd Hunt on his first career sack forced a fumble, which Nikko Motta recovered for the 'Dogs at 8:17. It was the 24th turnover the Bulldogs have forced this year.
Derek Carr hit Dillon Root on a 47-yard touchdown pass at 8:05. It was Root's first career touchdown.
Jeremiah Toma recorded his first career sack inside the seven-minute mark. It was Fresno State's second sack of the quarter.
Greg Watson scored on a rushing touchdown for the second-straight game. This one was from one yard out and gave the Bulldogs a 21-0 lead at 3:14.
Fresno State has scored 21 points in the first quarter in three-straight home games now. The 'Dogs have put up 21 or more points in the first quarter in 4-of-5 home games this year. The one game they did not was the season opener against Weber State, when they led 14-0 after the first 15 minutes.
Robbie Rouse scored on a 51-yard touchdown run at 13:56. It was his second longest TD run of the season and was the 35th rushing touchdown in his career, which ties with Anthony Daigle for the second-most in school history.
Ben Letcher recorded his first career sack on Hawai'i's second drive of the quarter, which was the third of the game for Fresno State.
Travis Brown joined the sack party, recording his first of the season around the nine-minute mark.
Davante Adams caught a 45-yard touchdown pass at 3:17, giving him 10 touchdown receptions on the year. He becomes the seventh Bulldog to catch 10 TDs in a season.
Derek Carr has now thrown three or more touchdowns in 6-of-10 games this season.
Robbie Rouse caught his 100th career pass at 1:29, becoming the second Bulldog running back to catch 100 or more passes in a career.
Rouse also ran for 102 yards in the first half, giving him 19 career 100-yard rushing games. That is a new school record.
Derek Carr completed 15-of-23 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns in the half. He went over 3,000 yards passing in his career, becoming the second Bulldog quarterback to throw for over 3,000 yards twice in a career.
Quentin Breshears hit a 32-yard field goal at 6:51. It was his first field goal attempt in three games and was his eighth made field goal of the season.
Derron Smith picked off his fifth pass of the season, which gave the Bulldogs a pick in eight-straight games.
Karl Mickelsen's first career sack forced a fumble that Shannon Edwards recovered. The Bulldogs have now forced three or more turnovers in five games this season.
Mickelsen's sack was Fresno State's fifth of the game, which ties for the most in a game this year.
