  • Ryan Colburn completed his first four passes against the Wolf Pack, two of them bombs a 57-yard touchdown to Jamel Hamler and a 61-yard post pattern to Marlon Moore that set up his second touchdown toss, 3-yards to Seyi Ajirotutu. Before the Nevada game, be completed all 14 pass attempts against Idaho and ran his completion streak to 18 in a row.

  • Two Dogs have big catches in the first quarter from the arm of Colburn. Hamler had a career-long of 57 yards and Moore's 61 yard catch was the second-longest of his career. He and Colburn connected for 92 yards in the season opener against UC Davis.

  • NCAA rushing leader Ryan Mathews left the game in the second quarter with an injury. He had eight carries for 32 yards before he was hurt. Mathews has 467 carries for 2,963 yards and 33 touchdowns in his career.
