Brandstater on the Mark
Junior quarterback Tom Brandstater continues to play well for the Dogs. Against the Aggies he set career-highs for longest rush and most rushing yards. He scored his second rushing touchdown in two weeks, and completed 10 of 19 passes for 205. He also connected with running back Anthony Harding on a two-point conversion play to give the Dogs a 16-13 lead.

Dogs on ESPN
Fresno State made its 53rd national television appearance tonight. The Dogs are among the nation's most watched teams this decade. Each of the last three regular season games for the Dogs have been on ESPN2. In all five Bulldog games were nationally televised this season (Texas A&M, Boise State, Hawaii, Kansas State and New Mexico State).

No. 75
When freshman linebacker Ben Jacobs blocked his second kick of the season, it marked the 75th of the Pat Hill. It was Fresno State's fifth block of the season. The blocked kick was scooped up by Damion Owens and he raced 95 yards for the two point score.

Mr. Touchdown
Ryan Mathews continues to rack up the touchdown total in his freshman season. After scoring 44 touchdowns as a high school senior, he added his 14th this season, tying LeSean McCoy for the NCAA lead for freshman.

Stitser Passes Hanna
Senior kicker Clint Stitser added seven points to his career point total moving past Jeff Hanna (1995-99) for fourth place on the Bulldog career scoring list with 212 points. Stitser will finish his career in fourth place. Asen Asparuhov (2000-2002) has 300 points for third place.



More on Moore
For the second straight week Marlon Moore had over 100 receiving yards before half time. Moore is the first Bulldog since Paul Williams in 2005 to have consecutive games of 100 receiving yards. Against Kansas State, Moore set a career-high with nine receptions for 134 yards. Tonight he finished with 4 receptions for 106 yards. In the last two games, he's averaging 6.5 receptions of 120 yards and has scored two touchdowns.

Hearty Helping of Harding
Anthony Harding followed Marlon Moore's example, picking up 130 yards. Harding and Moore have both gained more than 100 yards in consecutive games (Kansas State and New Mexico State). Harding also scored a touchdown in his 28 rushes. Harding's 116 yards against the Wildcats last week was his first game surpassing the century mark.

Fresno State played in its first foul weather game of the season. Conditions at kickoff included wind and rain at Aggie Memorial Stadium ... freshman Tim Lang made his first kickoff return of his career with a 22-yard return to open the game ... Bear Pascoe made his first catch since the Hawaii game with a grab of the middle near the NMSU goal line early in the first quarter ... Tom Brandstater's 39-yard run in the first quarter was the longest of his career... his previous best was 19 yards against Sacramento State earlier this season ... sophomore Anthony Harding has scored touchdowns in consecutive games... Will Harding, Anthony's brother, had his first career sack in the opening drive of the fourth quarter... Kyle Zimmerman sent away three 50+ yard punts.
