FRESNO, Calif. - The Cleveland Browns officially announced Saturday that they have signed former Fresno State running back Robbie Rouse as an undrafted free agent.

Rouse attended the Minnesota Vikings rookie mini camp last weekend before being signed Saturday by the Browns.

Rouse finished his career as Fresno State's all-time leading rusher with 4,647 yards, which is one of 10 school records he owns to his name. He also caught 110 passes for 794 yards in his career and finished second in Bulldog history in all-purpose yardage with 5,441.

Playing in 50 games and making 26 consecutive starts to close out his career, Rouse became the first running back in Fresno State history to rush for over 1,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. He tallied 21 100-yard rushing games for the Bulldogs and had 37 rushing touchdowns.

Cleveland opened its three-day rookie mini camp open on Friday.
