FRESNO, Calif. - Doug Nussmeier enters his first season with Fresno State after spending two years with St. Louis Rams. Nussmeier will serve as the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach. Nussmeier and the `Dogs are ranked 25th in nation and look forward to a tough and challenging 2008 season. Here is your chance to get to know the man behind the offense. 1. What are you looking forward to most about the 2008 season? Nussmeier: I am most looking forward to the overall challenge that this season brings. We are playing some great opponents in amazing venues. 2. What is your favorite football memory? Nussmeier: I would have to say going back to my days playing at Idaho and being undefeated against Boise State. 3. When you are not at Bulldog Stadium, where can you be found? Nussmeier: At home with my wife, Christi, and my three children, Garret, Colton, and Ashlynn. 4. What is your favorite meal? Nussmeier: Hmmm, I would have to say seafood gumbo. 5. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? Nussmeier: I would love to go to Australia and see the outback. 6. What is your favorite play to call? Nussmeier: A play that scores a touchdown!! 7. If you could give any advice, what advice would you give? Nussmeier: What I am today, I am becoming tomorrow. 8. What is something most people don't know about you? Nussmeier: I have never lost a game of golf to Dan Brown since I have been here. 9. If you could invite three people to dinner, who would you invite? Nussmeier: Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and my children, Garrett, Ashlynn, and Colt. 10. What is your favorite Pat Hill quote? Nussmeier: Bulldog born, Bulldog bred, going to be a Bulldog `til the day I'm dead.
