FRESNO, Calif. -
As of 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, Fresno State's home opening football game against No. 10 Wisconsin is officially sold out.
It is the 18th sellout at Bulldog Stadium since the 2000 season.
Russell Hayden, Fresno State Director of Ticket Operations, said that a limited number of "standing room only" tickets will be available. Those tickets may be purchased beginning Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. on-line at www.gobulldogs.com. Each customer will be allowed to purchase up to six tickets. SRO ticket sales end Friday, Sept. 12, at Noon or while supplies last.
"We are thrilled to make this announcement. A sold out stadium has an electric energy for college football. We know the national TV audience will be treated to a great football game and outstanding college athletic environment," said Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig.
Ladwig and Fresno State officials also remind fans of the following game day protocols.
All public parking areas will open four hours before kickoff, or 3:30 p.m. for the Wisconsin game.
Free Shuttle Service from parking areas adjacent to the Save Mart Center are offered on game days.
Bulldog Blvd opens four hours before kickoff and is free to the public. Enjoy interactive games, food, live entertainment and much more. Bulldog Blvd is located in the `Red' lot east of the stadium.
In order to speed up the processes of entering Bulldog Stadium, please have tickets out and ready to be scanned at the gates. Each individual entering the stadium should their ticket in hand. Please do not hand ticket takers multiple tickets.
Please remember game time is at 7:30 p.m. Fans are urged to be inside the stadium early to honor the 2008 National Champion baseball team, along with all WAC Champions. This ceremony will take place at approximately 7:10 pm. Please give yourself enough time to enter the stadium and be in your seat for kickoff.
