Signed Game Football from Bulldogs' Win over Nevada
FRESNO, Calif. --- One lucky Fresno State fan will win a football used during Fresno State's recent big road win at Nevada by bidding for the one-of-a-kind piece of history through an official online auction.
"This item is a very special piece of Fresno State football history and we are excited to be auctioning it off to our fans," said Paul Ladwig, Senior Associate Athletics Director of External Relations. "We want our fans to feel their tie to Fresno State football, and with the opportunity to win such a great prize, this auction can make someone's dream come true."
The piece of history comes from a moment when Fresno State set new school records and moved into a tie for first in the Mountain West.
Robbie Rouse's two-yard run in the first quarter put him over 5,000 all-purpose yards in his career. He joined Bernard Berrian as the only players in Fresno State history to gain over 5,000 all-purpose yards in a career.
Saturday also put the `Dogs only one win away from capturing its first conference championship since 1999, a goal which Coach Tim DeRuyter set when he was hired on Dec. 14, 2011.
Have a part of this historic game for yourself by bidding on the football used in the game, signed by Coach DeRuyter. This one-of-a-kind item cannot be found or purchased anywhere else.
The auction will end on Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. PT.
And don't miss another chance to experience history live at Bulldog Stadium when Fresno State hosts Air Force on Saturday with the MW title up for grabs. Tickets are available online at www.gobulldogs.com or at the Bulldog Ticket Office.
