FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State Athletics announced Monday that its $14 ticket special for the Air Force game has been extended through this week leading up to Saturday's game in Bulldog Stadium.
The $14 tickets, for select sections in the stadium, are available in honor of our military service men and women, as Saturday is Military Appreciation Day at Bulldog Stadium.
Marines will be stationed at the four main entrances in uniform collecting Toys for Tots on Saturday.
Also in honor of Military Appreciation Day, Fresno State will have military vehicles stationed outside the four main entrances to the stadium. The band performance will be military themed, a large flag will be on the field while the National Anthem is being played and there will be a live signing of God Bless America by Henry LeMay at halftime.
Fresno State and Air Force are meeting for the first time since 2000, and with a win the Bulldogs can capture the Mountain West championship in their first season in the league.
The Bulldogs enter the game riding a four-game winning streak and are 8-3 overall, 6-1 in Mountain West play.
Fresno State will also be honoring its 22-member senior class on Saturday, as this will be their last game in Bulldog Stadium.
