Senior quarterback Derek Carr threw for a Fresno State record seven touchdowns as he went 27-of-37 passing for 522 yards after just three quarters. The Bakersfield native would also extend his Mountain West record streak of attempts without an interception to 266 and now owns the longest active streak in the FBS. The 'Dogs would go on to win 69-28 on Senior Day against New Mexico and improve to 10-0 on the season with Carr behind center. Carr would later be named Mountain West co-offensive player of the week for his performance.
