(2002-03) Had one of the top years in Fresno State history, going 30-10 in singles ... named second-team All-WAC in singles ... became just the sixth player in program history to win 30 singles matches ... his 17 dual match singles victories led the team ... won his last five matches of the season, including a gutty three-set triumph in the WAC Tournament semifinals over serve-and-volleyer Johan Brunstrom of SMU on a fast indoor court ... named WAC Player of the Week on Feb. 24 after a perfect 3-0 week in both singles and doubles ... was solid in doubles with partner Greg Shearer, going 11-3 in dual matches ... after losing four of his first five dual matches, he went 14-5 thereafter ... had a magnificent spring, going 14-1 in singles and 7-1 in doubles with partner Hector Almada ... won the Bulldog Classic singles title when Almada defaulted in the finals ... also won the doubles title for the second time ... reached the semifinals of the Omni Hotels Northwest Regionals in doubles ... won the consolation bracket in singles of the regionals, winning six matches after dropping his second round main draw contest. (2001-02) Compiled a 14-13 overall singles mark and was 8-12 in dual matches ... played at the top of the lineup all year, but saw the majority of his time at No. 3, where he went 5-8 ... his 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 victory over Victor Camargo of Santa Clara clinched a 4-3 victory over the Broncos ... started the fall season strong, winning six of seven matches, including the Wathen/Hancock Bulldog Classic titles in singles and doubles ... defeated Wayne Wong in the finals of singles and teamed with Nick Fustar to claim the doubles crown.
