Men's Tennis Wraps Up Napa Invite

    FRESNO, Calif. --- The Fresno State men's tennis team wrapped up the Napa Invite Sunday morning on Day three of the competition.

    The Bulldogs started the morning facing Pacific in doubles. Fresno State's Sai Kartik Nakireddi and Jeremy Quiroz teamed to beat Pacific's Alex Hamilton and Trevor James 8-5. The duo of Reid DeLaubenfels and Sam McNeil dropped their match 8-4 to Denis Stolyarov and Sem Verbeek.

    Next up for the 'Dogs was singles matches against San Francisco. DeLaubenfels won a close match 7-6(7), 6-3 over Germain Bahri. USF took the rest of the matches with Richard Bucalem topping Nakireddi 6-3, 6-3, Nils Skaaja defeating Jeremy Quiroz 7-5(5), 6-1, and Bernardo Sariava besting McNeil 6-0, 6-0.

    The 'Dogs will be back in action Oct. 5-7 in Davis, Calif. at the UC Davis Invite which will take place all day each day.
