    FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State men's tennis team moved up two spots in the latest ITA Tennis Rankings, the Bulldogs improved from No. 42 to 40 on Tuesday.

    Going 2-1 against ranked teams last weekend helped the Bulldogs move up the rankings. The Bulldogs first defeated No. 50 San Diego State, 5-2, on Friday, then went toe-to-toe with No. 35 Arizona in a 4-3 loss on Saturday, before capping off the weekend with a 4-1 victory over No. 66 Middle Tennessee State.

    Bulldog senior Rudolf Siwy remained in the Top 50 at No. 44. He and partner Mirko Zapletal are ranked 47th in doubles competition.
