Men's Tennis Honolulu-bound for a Pair of WAC Matches

FRESNO, Calif. - The 28th-ranked Fresno State Bulldogs are set for a pair of conference road matches this weekend in Honolulu, Hawai'i, against the defending two-time WAC Champion Hawai'i and Utah State.
The Bulldogs will first square off against No. 57 Hawai'i on Friday and the next day they will face Utah State.
The Bulldogs have won six of their last eight matches. Fresno State brings a 3-0 WAC record into the weekend with wins over Nevada, Idaho and Boise State already.
Hawai'i is 7-6 on the season and have lost five of their last seven matches.
Last season the Bulldogs and Warriors met twice, splitting the season series. Fresno State beat Hawai'i in the regular season, but the Warriors picked up a victory in the WAC Tournament.
Similar to Hawai'i, Utah State faced the Bulldogs in the regular season and the WAC Tournament, with Fresno State winning both meetings.
This season the Aggies are 10-7 overall and 0-2 in WAC play with losses to Boise State and Nevada.
The Bulldogs will return home for a two-match weekend against Sacramento State on April 10 and San Diego on April 11 at the Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center.
