Up Close: One of the most tenacious players on the team ... has perhaps the quickest feet on the team … versatile guard who can play either the one or two position ... excellent ballhandler who can break down defenses with her ability to penetrate and hit outside shots ... missed the final 14 games of the season with a torn posterior cruciate ligament in her left knee ... played mostly the point guard position this season prior to her injury, freeing up Lindsay Logan for open outside shots.
2000-01 Season: Played in 15 games, coming off the bench in the first three before starting the next 12 ... injured her knee in the second half of the Jan. 12 game at SMU ... she missed the rest of the season ... the Bulldogs went 5-9 in her absence ... hit an off-balance layup with 11.4 seconds left to give Fresno State a 66-62 victory at Boise State ... after playing the two-guard position during her freshman season, she ran the point last year and helped Lindsay Logan score at a clip near the top of the WAC ... led the team with 13 points in a loss to Loyola Marymount ... had a solid game in a win against Alabama State, scoring 10 points and adding seven assists and six rebounds ... was one of three Bulldogs with 12 points against Arizona ... had eight points and six boards in a victory against UTEP.
1999-00 Season: Team co-captain ... showed an ability to lead despite being only a freshman ... played in 28 games, starting 17 ... was fourth on the team with an 8.6 scoring average ... has a tremendous nose for the basketball, as evidenced by her 3.3 rebounds per game average despite being one of the smallest players on the team ... scored 25 points at UTEP on Jan. 15, establishing a career high ... played through the middle part of the WAC season with sprains in both ankles ... was valuable to the team coming off the bench in the second part of the conference season ... one of the quickest players on the team ... led the team in free throw percentage at .804.
At Roosevelt High School: Was a three-sport athlete, lettering four times in basketball and softball and three times in volleyball … was first-team All-North Yosemite League four years in basketball and two years in softball … was the volleyball team’s co-MVP her senior year … was a B’nai B’rith recipient.
