Fresno State: (2009-10) A stand out freshman who competed in the Western Horsemanship...competed in 13 matches this season earning seven wins and two MVP honors against New Mexico State and UC her first competition with the Dogs she earned a high score of 79...maintained an average competition score of 70...competed in her first Varsity Equestrian National Championship and earned her first varsity letter...was voted rookie of the year by her fellow teammates...A distinguished Western rider, Christa was a qualifier of the AQTTYA World Championship show in 2005, 2008 and 2009 on various horses ... was also an AQHA Region I Champion Hunter under saddle 2007 and 2008.

High School: Four year Varsity letterwinner in Equestrian ... team competed in horsemanship, trail, team reining, equitation over fences, reining, English equitation, showmanship, drill team and in hand obstacle relay ... was team captain her junior and senior year ... was a state qualifier all four years and a silver medalist at State in 2009 ... four year qualifier of AQHYA World Show ... two year regional winner of the Hunter Under Saddle.

Personal: Born December 20, 1990 in Singapore ... parents are Pamela and David Beezley ... hobbies include riding her horses, shopping, pool time, anything outside and hanging out with friends ... biggest athletic thrill is competing against riders that she knows and winning in the arena ... admires her parents for always supporting her in her equestrian career ... major is Agricultural Business ... chose to attend Fresno State because they offered the best learning experience and opportunities in the athletic program.
