The Fresno State equestrian Western team qualified for the NCEA National Championships in Waco, Texas from April 18-20, 2013.
The NCEA announced the Academic Award winners for the 2012 spring and fall semesters.
The Fresno State equestrian team defeated New Mexico State 9-7, Saturday afternoon.
The Fresno State equestrian team tied the University of Tennessee Martin 8-8, Friday afternoon.
These are the final two regular season competition for the Fresno State equestrian team.

Fresno State: (2012-13) Competed in every single Reining event this season ... won seven of her 11 possible points ... recorded her season high 73.5 score twice, once against Baylor and once against New Mexico State picking up wins with both ... her five other wins came against Auburn, Kansas State, South Dakota State, UTM and New Mexico State ... maintained an average score of 69 ... earned her fourth varsity letter ... received the Most Unflappable Award voted on by the coaches ... named an NCEA Academic All-American Honorable Mention.
2011-12 (Junior): Competed in 11 Reining events this season earning four wins and one tie ... earned an MVP honor against Miami of Ohio with a 73.5 ... recorded a season-high score and team-high reining score of 79 ... maintained an average score of 71 ... competed at the NCEA National Championships ... won her point against New Mexico State in the first round with a 128 ... earned her third varsity letter.
2010-11 (Sophomore): Competed in nine events this season and had three wins and two ties ... earned three MVP honors against Delaware State and TCU ... named Fresno State Athlete of the Week in October 2010 ... had a high score of 73 during her successful season ... earned her second varsity letter.
2009-10 (Freshman): Earned three wins for the 'Dogs in the reining event against UC Davis, New Mexico State, and Auburn ... closed out her first season with a big win at the Varsity Equestrian National Championships against No. 9 Baylor ... earned her first varsity letter ... comes from the same area that produced former Bulldog standout Rebecca Flood.
