    FRESNO, Calif. - After completing two rounds of competition at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational in Hawai'i, the Bulldogs are in 13th place out of 19 teams. The Dogs (316-314--630) are 54-over going into the final round of the tournament held at the 5,907-yard, par-72 Kane`ohe Klipper Golf Course.

    Returning champion Louisa Lies (77-75--152) led the Bulldogs with an 8-over which was good for a tie of 16th place. Freshman Krysta Clark (78-79--157) ended the day at 13-over and sophomore Shaylee Yano (78-80--158) is right behind with a 14-over. Freshman Christine Uhalde (83-80--163) carded a 19-over while senior Chelsea Czinski (86-82--168) shot a 24-over on the day.

    No.10 Arizona State leads the field with a 10-over, five shots ahead of second place No. 21 Notre Dame. Carlota Ciganda of Arizona State will go into the final day ahead of the pack at 2-under while Arizona's Alejandra Llaneza was the only other golfer to finish under-par at 1-under.

    The Bulldogs will return to action Tuesday to compete in the final round of the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational. Tee times are set for 11:00 a.m. PST and you can follow live at www.golfstat.com.
